Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate, a capped or cap-and-collar, or any reasonable solution you suggest. Our experts keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. Work logs are disclosed to clients upon the closing of a case. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Retainers must be paid upfront. Final bills will include costs for copying, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools, if applicable.

A capped, staged, or other fee basis can be agreed, depending on Client requirements.
